Level 2 | age 3+LessonsLevel 2 swim class is focused on horizontal motion. When swimmers put their faces in the water willingly, we can start teaching motion. We will focus on front and back float, front crawl, elementary backstroke, treading water, and sitting dives. Level 1 | age 3+LessonsLevel 1 is where water exploration meets foundational swimming skills! Primary focus is on getting students comfortable with the water, basic aquatic skills, and safe practices in and around water. It's important to note that progressing through levels is unique to each individual, and it's not uncommon for a student to take swim levels more than once. Mastery and confidence are key to a lifetime of enjoyable and safe swimming.
